Real estate investment platform Stake expands into Saudi Arabia

Dubai-based digital real estate investment platform Stake has expanded into Saudi Arabia through a partnership with Al Rajhi Seventh (RJ7), a Saudi Arabian property developer.

This marks the beginning of Stake‘s efforts to establish real estate investment funds for the Saudi market, in collaboration with Mulkia, a Saudi-based asset management firm.

Mulkia will manage these private real estate funds, which will be accessible via Stake’s digital platform. These funds aim to reduce the barriers to entry for investors, making real estate investment in both residential and commercial properties more accessible.

Earlier in 2024, Stake raised $14 million in Series A funding, led by UAE’s Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP), with participation from Mubadala Investment Company, Wa’ed Ventures (a unit of Saudi Aramco), and several other investors such as Al Jomaih Holding and the US-based Republic.
